Make your plans to attend the 2017 D3 Fall Leadership Conference, August 11-13 in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We’re looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting new AAF leaders!

This year we’ll help you discover the tools needed to build a strong club. We’re going to focus on effective communications strategies, membership engagement and retention, have two American Advertising Awards sessions and much more. This is the AAF conference you don’t want to miss!

How to Register

Step 1. Fill out one Registration Form for each member attending the conference
Step 2. Fill out one Manifest Form for your club
Step 3. Return your completed forms and payment by July 14, 2017 to Megan Telencio.

 What to Bring

Attire is business casual, but please feel free to be more casual for Saturday evening’s social!

Rich Stoddart is a proven marketing leader who drives growth and innovation for one of the worldʼs most effective and most awarded communication companies, Leo Burnett.

Under his leadership the last 11 years, Leo Burnett North America has experienced significant growth and the acquisition of new accounts and top talent, while delivering some of the most effective, integrated and talked-about campaigns for blue-chip clients, including Allstate, Esurance, General Motors, Kelloggʼs, McDonaldʼs, Purina, Samsung and P&G, among others.

Outside the office, Rich lends his time and talents to the boards of The Off the Street Club, Carbon Media Group and Hasbro. In 2013, he was honored as the American Advertising Federation Multicultural Career Achiever Award recipient. He was chairman of the American Advertising Federation from 2013-2015.


Shelley MageeShelley Magee
Past Chair, AAF Council of Governors

Shelley Magee is the Sales Manager at ABC Columbia, and has been with the company for almost 15 years. She specializes in developing integrated marketing strategies for the station’s local clients using memorable creative that drives results. Earlier in her career, Shelley worked in both client internal marketing departments and agencies.

Shelley has been a member and leader in The American Advertising Federation for 18 years. In 2013 she was presented with The Silver Medal Award, by AAF of the Midlands. She currently serves as the National Chair of the AAF Council of Governors.
